Safer Internet Day

Mrs. Hall, Layton's Mum talked to Class 1 about keeping safe on the internet.
She works at Halifax and part of her job role is to educate children about e-safety.
She told them about Smartie the Penguin, who got upset when, on the internet, he saw a dolphin, caught in a net. Smartie did the right thing, by telling his Mum and Dad.

Chinese New Year

We made Chinese lanterns for Chinese New Year.

As part of our Growth Topic, we grew cress hair in our eggshell people.

We also made collage chicken life cycles in Art.
