As part of our Topic on Toys, we made toy models out of junk materials.

Teeth

On Wednesday, 2 dental hygienists from the Maltings came to talk to the children about how to look after and clean teeth properly. 

Some of the children did some role play and pretended to be the dentist and dental hygienist too.

Playpark

On Tuesday afternoon, as it was such a beautiful sunny afternoon, we went to the play park for our PE. We had a great time!

We had to have a drink and a snack and a rest before we walked back to school.

Science Week

We've had a great week full of fun:

planting bean seeds,

baking rock buns and talking about changing materials,

rolling cars down ramps and seeing how far they go,

making electrical circuits,

seeing which things are magnetic

and seeing what happens when we put skittles in water.

What a lovely change to our normal routines!
